How is everyone holding up? VRC ripping is dead, Gura, Mumei and Shion on dead.. it's been a rough month for me.

To be fair, we had a VERY good run with ripping. VRC has nobody to blame but themselves. Chillout VR had encrypted uploads I think since it's launch and it would've taken nothing for the VRC devs to implement years ago.
I've no doubt Ripper Store will survive through sharing paid models.
We made some of the most petty gatekeepers of avatars rage because we dared to share some models in a video game. That's a win in my books. The sheer amount of rage alone has been awesome to see. Truly, if you upload it online, you no longer own it. Exactly how it should be, the internet at it's best; a digital Wild West.
Trading goes against the spirit of this site. Distribute assets openly.
Ignore creator tears. Keep ripping.

@pepep Very true, I get why some people gatekeep their stuff because lots of hours could be put into them and you wanna show off your hard work etc. But I'm a big fan of open sourced stuff and wanna see and reuse good high quality assets in my own stuff.
And very true on the paid models part, people will go elsewhere as the main "ripper" part of the site identity is gone.

Yeah, the Kronii model was made before VRC put in hard limitations on models I believe, which is why you can no longer upload it as is.
It's also why I put a maximum of 2 outfits per model, because anything more is kinda just bloat at that point.

I keep having some "Nested Prefab" errors when i try uploading this one?
Has anyone had success in uploading this? If so, what did you change?
(maybe im just too new to this to know and its obi but i shall ask nonetheless) -
just thought i should mention this but ripping isnt dead, just need a client to do it since the files are only encrypted userside.

@ManIloveFauna I don't know about ripping being dead but it's a shame so many good hololive members are gone now. I'm still hoping all those models I posted images of earlier get ripped somehow, especially that Gigi at https://forum.ripper.store/post/764267

@SillyRandomWoman 3nder is unable to sell their models due to them pretty much being overglorified kitbashes, and most of the things used prohibit reselling.
He promised a download of a Korone model a whole year ago and that promise was left unfulfilled. Honestly I'm surprised no one's reported the Patreon for that.
Anyway, I saw this Ina model on their Patreon. Has anyone ever tried recreating this?

Does anyone have the files for a Baelz or Irys. Doesn't have to be only unitypackage, the vrca is enough. I managed to get the models in the list to work but I want those two vtubers

Enjoy your upcoming 4th of July, folks! Hopefully the ripping scene makes a revival one day. Until then, any attempts to recreate these are welcome! It's already known they use things like templates and bases so finding assets is probably the harder part. Speaking of bases, does anyone remember what exactly is the one 3nder uses for bodies and cocks all the time? I was thinking of looking for it and maybe using it for my own personal pet-projects.
