I believe that this is just a recolor of Velle's normal hair, the shape is identical.

If you're talking about Velle, yeah here's the most updated version:
https://pixeldrain.com/u/YYwH1Hm9This looks to me like they just recolored strands of the hair to make it more unique and deleted the two longer strands. I could be wrong though but I'm pretty sure that's it.
