tried doing it the EXACT way that was listed above not once but 7 times and waiting 1 hr each per upload and wasted 7 hrs and have not been able to upload it does anyone have a updated file or ANYTHING

Import the VRLabs Final IK Stub (or Final IK v1.9 if you own it) - https://github.com/VRLabs/Final-IK-Stub 6. Import Wraith Unity Package 7. Open the scene located at Assets/!WraithByMeechu/*Wraith's animations will work once all the materials are locked, so attempt an upload at least once, or manually lock them yourself before testing via AV3 Emulator or Gesture Manager.
