@Shmebulock find the hair armature and add a physbone component to the root bone (or, in the case of what i usually prefer doing, create an empty object and put the component on that directed towards the root bone) - to simplify, find underneath the punk hair object the "armature", click the triangle to drop it down, and usually it's the first bone. if there isn't one and it's just a bunch of loose hair bones just put the component directly on the armature object. use the angle limit to make it move less
