Anyway to get a public avatar project file?

I find a avatar in public avatar world and I want to make some change on it.
I try to add uploader ask for unitypackage but he has been offonline for a long time... and seem like the VRCA method is completely impractical anymore...
Is there anyway I can get project file? So I don't have to start over completely... Im still learning how to use Unity...

I could not find the file anywhere on here, or any other site. It is 6000 yen, or 40 USD. If you can not afford that much, then your best bet is to make a fresh post requesting the file to be uploaded, and hope for the best. -
