我不知道你所在的地区在哪，不过我在China，可以用 https://b23.tv/viJtCd4 方式解决（我不知道这里贴视频链接是否正确）文字描述就是在 VRCD 官方中镜像库中下载 Parcher 插件，安装过后使用插件在unity重置vrc的SDK，再配合VPN的全局模式，这样就能正常上传

I don’t know where your region is, but I’m in China. You can try this method (https://b23.tv/viJtCd4) – I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to post a video link here. In text terms:
Download the Parcher plugin from the VRCD official mirror repository, install it, then use the plugin to reset VRC's SDK in Unity. Combine this with a VPN's global/system-wide mode, and you should be able to upload normally.
