odd... think the black spots are meant to be hues. they should be glowing green spots on Marina's skin

Add quest tools and remove the occulsion from the body

It's the vertex coloring that makes it look like that

lower the clothes textures. and if you have to lower the hair slightly too

you'll likely need the D4rkAvatarOptimizer asset to combine the meshes and such
