I have the full bundle (no Marie) for the Goth Outfit, and the Succubus Set is only fit for Frenni / Bonfie / Type-0Tutorial for Unity
Download VRCFury and install it into your Unity Project
Drag in the outfit's FBX
Add an armature link (VRCFury) and connect the outfit's hip bone to the avatar's hipbone

Download CATs Blender Plugin
Find the Avatar . Blend file (found in the Unity pack, just open up unity and find the Avatar . Blend file) for the lady you want to work with (this is very important, the way the armature is named is important)
Import the Avatar.Blend file
Import the Clothes
Merge Armatures (Bones/Armature only, uncheck everything else)
