@AxisA no worries~ everyone starts somewhere!
Right click on .rar file and there should be an option that says "Extract File" or "Extract Files To"
that will unpack the .rar file for it to be useable. let me know if you need any more clarification

@AxisA i would however suggest that you get winrar (trial that never ends cause they are awesome) or 7zip or alternatives that exist cause the windows built in extraction can break things sometimes
