Bit of an update but I'm giving up on optimizing Kronii.
The package, even when very kindly trimmed by @Airi, is just not able to be successfully imported into Unity consistently. It worked the first time, then it wasted a good two hours of my time trying to import when I wanted to restart the project with a new one.
If anyone wants to take a swing at it, feel free. I'm just washing my hands of it, however. Too much time wasted by this one avatar, it's actually insane.
I managed to at LEAST Import it to VRC, but for a majority of it, It had to do with, as Airi suggested, using thry and lowering the resolution on most if not ALL of the textures, which, for the most part still wasn't enough (Surprisingly), then having to remove the Cow Ears, Horns, and Tail Textures, and only then was it in a spot where it could be published.

So, I guess if it really came down to it, if you are actually experienced in Unity and have time to spend, yeah the best bet would probably end up being recreating it from scratch. But I got what I needed out of this, so I don't think I plan on doing much else with the model.

Lying? I simply downloaded these and came up as vrm files.. it didnt ask me for any password , i dont really know how they work either it was a suggestion ..

@kutunga-tinki Either that or they added the password after. Also depends on how long its been since you got them.
