It's very easy to do yourself. Reduce the textures, find the things you don't really care for and get rid of them and whoop, it'll be ready for upload.
I never really post on here, but I tried doing this myself.
Big mistake.
It took 56 minutes to import the Kronii NSFW unity package (the one by Snailerei) and it just didn't appear in the project when it was done. I did this twice to confirm, mind you.
If you're able to get this package into Unity then I envy you. However, it must be bursting at the seams with assets or something. I've never had this happen before and I'm fairly familiar with Unity and the process of optimizing avatars for VRC.
If it's not too much to ask, it'd be super appreciated if you or someone else could post a trimmed down version of the Kronii package. I agree with @AtaraxiaDias on this being required. I literally can't even close the project without it taking 10 minutes to do so.
I am certain that I could trim it down myself to an uploadable state if I could just get it to appear in my project. As it stands though, it just refuses to be imported.
Trading goes against the spirit of this site. Distribute assets openly.
Ignore creator tears. Keep ripping.

@pepep Alright so I checked it for you and it worked fine for me, though I did choose to not import the manifest.json files, the sound effect files and the dynamic bone files so it could be one of those three or wrong version of unity that caused it.
And there's 645 MB of texture usage so that seem to be the main issue with it being too big to upload.
I am not really interested in Kronii personally, but I'll re-export it here for you and perhaps that'll make it so that it'll work for you.I've learned how to put these types of models together now so I'm at a point where I can recreate the 3nder models with ease, so I do no longer need the files from this thread.
Here it is. I exported it using unity 22.3.6f1
You still gotta do the work of lowering texture resolutions and such but if you use the thry tool it goes by pretty fast

Here, for the rest of the people in this thread. I've uploaded all the models that I have personally seen across the old threads, this one and have included the ones fixed by the community members like feym, phaeton, etc to make sure everything is in one post.
I have no more need for them now that I can reproduce the avatars myself, so I have deleted them off of my PC now.
SO MAKE SURE YOU BACK THESE UP, I AM NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO REUPLOAD THEM FOR YOU.I am as of now, done with the 3nder stuff.

@ValkHD if you're still looking for the base I think I remember one of the old threads saying it could be the foundry standard base, taking a look at it and looking at its blendshapes I think it's dead on or similar to the base they actually use, now just got to see if anyone posts there own recreations here I would possibly do it sometime in the future but right now there is other projects I'm working on.

Recreating 3nder's avis are quite easy, I've done it with Mococo's official model just now
No obligation to do so, but would you be so kind as to share your Mococo? There are people like me in existence who are too stupid to do this!

@Airi Do you also have the FBX files for the 2nd collection just like in the 1st? Pretty please 🥹
@AbraKadaBram No but you could give fbx exporter in unity a shot, keep a realistic expectation that it might or might not work though.
It's like 50/50 it works.But I do believe there are some folks on this site that are pretty good at restoring fbx files so you might be able to make a thread about it and have someone help you out, I am not very knowledgeable about that sadly.

The package, even when very kindly trimmed by @Airi, is just not able to be successfully imported into Unity consistently. It worked the first time, then it wasted a good two hours of my time trying to import when I wanted to restart the project with a new one.
If anyone wants to take a swing at it, feel free. I'm just washing my hands of it, however. Too much time wasted by this one avatar, it's actually insane.

I managed to at LEAST Import it to VRC, but for a majority of it, It had to do with, as Airi suggested, using thry and lowering the resolution on most if not ALL of the textures, which, for the most part still wasn't enough (Surprisingly), then having to remove the Cow Ears, Horns, and Tail Textures, and only then was it in a spot where it could be published.
