So I don't know how in the hell it let me do this, because the Google Drive link seems to say that there's no files there, but despite that, I decided to click the download icon on the left to see what happened. After giving me a loading error of sorts, it took me to the download file page, saying it couldn't be scanned for viruses. So I clicked download and to my surprise, it downloaded the unitypackage.
So yeah, if anyone is having trouble still, try doing this. If it doesn't work, @ me here and I'll upload it myself and post the link.
