Can someone help me fix this? When I add something that needs hands, it always goes to that separate circle.

@S-N-O-W Those are your hands colliders I believe. You want to find the collider collapse on your avatar descriptor and fix it there.

If its only one hand and not both, click the chain link i outlined in red to unlock the symmetry.

Without FBX, it can't be optimized for the quest, only the 5MB body and the second 5MB body can be deleted. Why and what is the purpose of such a large file?
