I translated the document in the file for the tool:
This is a script that automatically matches costumes for Moe-chan and Shinano-chan.
Chest shape keys are not supported yet, so it may be difficult to match the breasts with skin-tight costumes.How to use:
・Import MochiFit.unitypackage
・Select Tools > Mochi Fit from the main menu to display the window
・Click the Install button in the window that appears to install Blender and add-ons to the project folder (this will take a while)
・Drag and drop the Prefab of the outfit you want to match with Outfit to Convert from the project tab (where the file is displayed)
・The Conversion Type will be set automatically, but if it is incorrect, please set it manually.
・(Currently only costumes compatible with Shinano-chan) If the costume requires the use of a corset or high heel blend shape, check the appropriate checkbox.
・Press Execute Retargeting to execute the process
・When finished, a message box will appear, press OK
・There is a Prefab generated in Assets/OutfitRetargetingSystem/Outputs, so drag and drop it to Beryl's top-level object (Root object (Beryl Full Variant, etc.)) in Hierarchy.
・If MA etc. are not set, please set them accordingly.
・Set the body blend shape Highheel value to 32 (if Highheels is on, set it to 86.4 for a perfect fit) -

Guys... the Japanese file included with the latest update is a text file that gives you a link for the mochfit package. I left everything as the creator left it.
