Your best bet is ripping them. Either that or make them from the ground-up. Although, WARFAREMACHINE has uploaded the rathian, but it looks more like a rathian than an anime chick. You'd also have to convert it from rigify to normal bones (which completely fucked the model for me).

tbh the only vtuber related model i've seen being sold for vr is Shylily by Dem VR. I know it does not exactly answer your question However, it kinda sorta answer your question by a stretch if there is technically any creators making models of vtubers being used on vrc
I only discuss eastern market products such as BOOTH.
I'm not interested in western market creator communities in general due to their lack of maturity, respect & professionalism in general. Too much toxicity, sociopathy & narcissism. Especially greed.
Abuse & stalking is still wrong no matter what. No one explicitly consented to being treated badly. If something is not in your circle of control that you cannot adjust. Do not think nor worry about it anymore.
Unethical businesses do not deserve to have an audience nor to be supported.
