I don't think they're comfortable when it comes to giving out avatars/selling them. They have a custom world of public avatars, though they lack any NSFW additions, clearly. Maybe things can change sometime, I'd love to see some of their other models out and about.
Their Paetreon digital downloads are more for mp4's or videos.

Your best bet is ripping them. Either that or make them from the ground-up. Although, WARFAREMACHINE has uploaded the rathian, but it looks more like a rathian than an anime chick. You'd also have to convert it from rigify to normal bones (which completely fucked the model for me).

- I've seen some mixed information when it comes to ripping. What would be your advice or resource to the OP if they wanted to get started on ripping the gura Model specifically?

tbh the only vtuber related model i've seen being sold for vr is Shylily by Dem VR. I know it does not exactly answer your question However, it kinda sorta answer your question by a stretch if there is technically any creators making models of vtubers being used on vrc
I only discuss eastern market products such as BOOTH.
I'm not interested in western market creator communities in general due to their lack of maturity, respect & professionalism in general. Too much toxicity, sociopathy & narcissism. Especially greed.
Abuse & stalking is still wrong no matter what. No one explicitly consented to being treated badly. If something is not in your circle of control that you cannot adjust. Do not think nor worry about it anymore.
Unethical businesses do not deserve to have an audience nor to be supported.

you could also try privately messaging them on twitter to ask if they sell their models
I'll try looking for some nsfw hololive avatars tho@weenus Twitter sucks ass now for messaging because you have to be verified or something to send messages to people who aren't friends now, I tried dming their tiktok but I dont think they use it much, their patron is just images not models.
