It says buy 5 get 1 free. He is selling assets taken from booth. I think this is someone tradelist on vrmodels and here because I remember seeing the gift folder that have some free downloads. Dont remember who.

tradelist is from @Usakichan. he and a few others sell items taken from this forum, discord groups, and trading.
