I'm ready to upload it finally however there a issue with the sps on the pp which is cause of the outline I might just remove it or figure out how to color it

I've managed to grab the FBX from the Unity File, it's a tad broken but I'll fix it up soon
Luckily, since the body's UVs still match Fexa's default UVs, you can use any pre-existing Fexa textures, & the overalls too, but be careful since the leg & arm warmer's share the overall's textures
The hair texture for the Fexa is up at the very top, right by her thigh, but if you have a small bit of blender knowledge, you can match it to the base-hair's texture via UV editing

The original FX controller doesn't work on the Avi sadly the toggles don't work
