@burgerbutcold could you try reuploading the unity package?
thats where the missing prefab is supposed to be, i think something probably went wrong when you first uploaded it -

@burgerbutcold but according to the instructions you need the prefab thats in the unity package

the file needed is called "NovaBeastMawMainFBX Varient" if you cant upload the unity package, could you at least upload that file

@ethereal_moon The patcher makes that for you, if you even watched the video.

@burgerbutcold I understand it's frustrating and it worked for you and someone else but it seems it wont work for others, I do appreciate you sharing the original files but I wouldn't think it's too much work to add that missing unity package? I tried following the video twice now and I was completely unsuccessful in getting the tutorial to work as it should. I promise I tried and I'm sure other have too just as much so I want to ask, for the ones struggling, could you please be so kind as to add the missing package? Just to see if that fixes the issue, it might not and that's okay but without it I fail to see how I can make anything different in how I follow the video. Again I did make sure to try more then once in different packages to be sure it was not human error

@MaxxiePad221 just wanting to see but what all did you do? Im just a random that came across this and it worked fine. You have to create a double fbx, add it to the patcher file, delete the 1 on the doubles fbx name, run the patcher and just put the fbx back into unity from the file. you'll have two fbxs in your unity project, one of which will be the updated maw. just check the blendshapes to make sure

I get to the second fbx from the patcher but when placed back into the project, no matter how closely I watch and follow the tutorial it comes with, the fbx is unusable entirely. It's entirely frozen in it's original blender pose. I fail to see how it could work either way without that missing package, it must be important to the process if its in the set up tutorial by the original asset creator, if that makes sense. It comes with it's purchase, so honestly I can't understand why adding the missing package is more difficult then not. I have unity knowledge, plenty enough for a patcher to work but it simply won't work, it can't be me, I am not the only one having issues

@MaxxiePad221 what do you mean by "frozen in its original blender pose?" also, I totally get people are having issues, I also believe the person said they only had access to what was shared, don't think they bought it, was probably gifted and so they don't have the unity package. overall, I was just trying to understand what the problem everyone is having

@ethereal_moon Actually my partner had bought it and gave me the files so thats what he gave me. Also it worked completely fine for me so why would others have issues when its the EXACT files I used. Those are just the files compiled into a zip file btw, so you basically just reposted what I posted.
