The model is in the MEGA dump, and it's rigged. You'd have to clean and make it work yourself. It's very sloppy.
@Lambodaridoo do you mind sending over what you have done so far, I can seemed to get the textures to work on Blender for me

They have Scythe and a few others they made in their public Mega drive:
Download Link (mega.nz)Though only a couple models actually have Unity Prefabs, Scythe isn't one of them.
