I am looking for this tool to turn any avatar into paper. Does anyone have this?

Contains 1.1, and 1.2, both Japan and Outside Japan Versions, as well as 2.0, which doesn't have a region locked version.
Something I didn't realize until I bought this, this isn't enough by itself to upload the avatar. This is just a texture maker that will create textures and apply them to a different prefab avatar. You need this asset as well: https://booth.pm/ja/items/6556549
