For my part, I haven't tested it yet. afterwards, I bought it, so you have all the elements in it, if it's buggy, there must be a problem on your side ^^ @FluffPwups

@FluffPwups Hey there, so when a creator gives you an Albedo, Normal, and Alpha.. it is important you use them for these kinds of textures. All I did was add the normal and alpha and made the Blend Mode Transclipping. Then, I played with the Rim Lighting and Reflections & Specular. I also added a Cubemap and/or Matcap for extra glitteryness or shinyness.
-- However, this creator did not include the texture for the fins. So I made my own. Here's the texture for the blue tail's fins:
