Imho, when one tries to gate keep a custom avi on VRC, this is what happens, for there is no security on it of course. Will they themselves be unhappy about the outcome of this that is pretty much predictable? Yes most likely. Do any of us care though? Not really, they tried gatekeeping an avi on the most insecure platform to exist, so it's their fault in the first place for choosing VRC lol.

o7@RaveAngel from what I've seen Hinami isn't the original owner but a friend who also has access to the model. They also stopped using their fapu model at events a while ago but has kept the name of the event the same. they use another avatar that they made now instead.

@Dragussy Doesn't matter if they stopped using it at the events, if they still use it, then it still exists, and since all instances can be joined no matter of if it's private or not, by force. then well... nowhere is safe for them. (especially given the myriad of issues the game has anyways as is with the lack of avatar security, and no, no inbuilt avatar security system in the avatar will protect it either.)

@RinoAvail i could be mistaken but from my understanding a link never existed in the first place. Its a private commissioned model so it was never on any store for people to buy

Someone go on VRC with a friend, search up the avatar with a cheat, have the friend copy and wear it, then rip. That might work but idk
