rep is earned by people upvoting your posts,
also texture editing depends if the model has color changes in the files, I believe that model's RGB color, is based on a hue change which is exclusive to PC only.

Honestly, the only way to get colors that are visible on Quest would be to manually create a bunch of material swaps instead of the hue radial
