Quest conversion when model's FBX is over 30mb?

Is there any way to customize models like Airi and Milltina for quest when their FBX takes up 80% of the quest limit? I've tried mesh compression and lowering texture sizes and it's still above the 40mb limit

you could try removing unused blendshapes,atlasing the textures, and merging the materials into a single one
