This is a (heavily?) modified Kikyo avatar with a retextured Extension Summer Uniform outfit as one of the clothing sets according to the avatar thumbnail. Since this is a public avatar, I'm able to download the vrca file from the store to find out what some of the assets originate from. I'll make another reply, hopefully with downloads to each of the assets.

I still have difficulty using the vrca files from the site if you can only get the base with the phys ready I would be happy, then I look for the models and try to edit manually

My source doesn't have the Sporty and Hip outfits, so I just linked the booth page just in case.

I'm unable to identify the rest as the naming is very vague. Also, the whole VRCA to Unity project stuff is quite a process that even I haven't figured out. The best you can do is to import most of the packages you can get a hold of, then attempting to import what you can get from the VRCA.
