@Arian not to instigate - but that is a skyrim character mod. if you look at the author's twitter profile quite a bit of their content is skyrim/art related. they've replied to people confirming it's skyrim as well. very pretty model either way, it's sad that we won't get it ^^"

so from what i could recollect when i was there it was a rock themed world. it felt kinda old that model is in the world and it was a hangout kind how people would in like a twitch stream.
