the eyes of circus baby in the minigame and the loading screen was blue but with elizabeth's death the eyes took on her green eyes.

@CrystalWaters34 the eye colour matters because of legal reasons. green= a minor. blue= no minor.

@whoknows21 And you could argue similar things with the FNIA models. Point is, if it's a sexualized avatar/model, game lore is usually discarded, so it doesn't really matter.

Also was it really confirmed if the eye color correlates to a child? Or was it just speculation?
