@ILostMyOldAcc I mean... yea, but I personally wouldn't worry about it anyways. Afterall, while yeah him and like everyone else in moderation on VRC, as well as a fair amount of people in VRC itself in general are just... not great people... There also isn't much that can be done without the whole platform being submitted for review and whatnot to like every fbi-like agency meant to get rid of individuals who are essentially breaking the law in that sort of sense.
My suggestion though is just, move to one of the other platforms so you don't have to deal with the nonsense on VRC. Besides, I don't care what Tupper does, cause if what he does gets him in allot of legal trouble and he gets put in prison for life... Then why should I care about what he does?

@realmew Ruruh is a custom variant of Raruh, however there is no compatible lewd package for Ruruh. Though, if you really want it to be lewd for your own usuage... Learn blender and how to texture so you can make your own nsfw addon for it (It's what I'd do if I were in your position.)
