question, model has an issue with its nails where its stretching when you move ur fingers, any way to fix it? i know its a blender thing but I do not know where to start

idk if i did something wrong but her clothes don't have a hue shift as it says in the description. It only has the clothes saturation

it's a weight-painting issue! i'm not entirely sure how to fix it, but i do know that's where you go to fix it.
