Ok so, what exactly about the rig is messed up and what needs to be where, I can probably fix it

mostly just needs to be changed from ik to fk from what i can tell, but there could be more that needs to be done i didnt take too long a look at it

@Spookyz the millie model is private and is owned by ghosttoast/shima. they only give it out to other animators
