This is PopStar Aria

Kinda noticed no one has her on the site and wanted to share

Create a new Unity project
Import VRCSDK (included) (unless you are using the VCC then you dont need to)
Import Poiyomi Toon (included)
Import Dynamic Penetration System (not included)
Import Avatar unity package (poiyomi is included in the package)
Click 'Reload Scene' (if you get that window and nothing appears click the unity scene cube in the assets folder)
