【VRChat】全身Grabシステム (アバターギミック) GrabFullbody

I managed to get it working by following the provided explanation.
However, when I translated the Japanese text into English, I came across a few terms I didn’t quite understand.
For example, what do "SE ON/OFF" and "Gaze Tracking ON/OFF" mean?
If someone could explain what each option does, it would be extremely helpful; Especially since the creator hasn't provided any outside documentation.
(I don't really want to join their Discord, as you can imagine.)
For additional context, I installed both GrabFullBody and the r18 addon, since I thought it would be a nice addition for my BF to "enjoy" playing with.

whoever knows how to fix this let me know because im not gonna waste anymore time on it
I've done everything from importing in the correct order to using the free final ik to the paid one so please if you have anything to say don't give me a dumb answer.

If you're using the latest version all you have to do is open the install window at the top of unity and check the MA button on it install. As usual with all stuff from this creator, delete the folder from the project files before installing the latest version of whatever you use.

Speed
Distance IE how far the animations goes
next 2 you should know
gaze tracking will disable your head tracking and your head will look to the ball is if you didn't remove it
next one is forward and backward movement instead of up down
and SE have no clue
