@Fetchuu Heyo. Just a heads up, I am a complete beginner to all this stuff.
I followed a couple tutorials by someone named Literal. I managed to get the VRCA file for Blue Hex Ghostie (looks & functions exactly like the one you requested but blue and with glasses).Avatar ID: avtr_83622830-c096-4824-b3c8-abd6e8520487
Contains the VRCA, the extracted files via AssetRipper v1.1.11 (Free), and some shaders (no clue if any of them are even the right ones, I just tried to google them based on the file names).
I apologize if anything is incorrect, broken, etc. This was my first vrca grab and extract. I tried to mess with it in unity myself, however, my skills pretty much stop short of adding the avatar to the scene, adding materials, and uploading lol.. I know enough to upload and add a decal that's about it.
Keep me posted if you get it fully functional like the original, I'd love to have this as well.
