It seems it's just a VRC port of someone else's model. The actual model was by Ale Jenus (@alloe_jeans) and is thankfully free to download (is a Blender file.) https://www.mediafire.com/file/xldb4zgo35xzw9q/Olivia_Halford.zip/file

I am aware but I talked to the creator and he said he had to redo the entire rigging from the bottom up so that's not an option. I need his version of it.
