I tried messing with it and here are things that I have found.
1- There are no Foot bones so it can not be made into a Humanoid Rig without creating more bones to work for the feet.
- There is an internal mouth and teeth which show that visemes are possible but due to how the model is set up, it looks like it would require some heavy lifting.

https://forum.ripper.store/post/568654 there is a unitypackage version on the link here that someone uploaded, they said they might be out of date and on a older SDK like SDK2 which isn't hard to covert them over to SDK3
