@LooseCannon With all due respect, I wanted to help them but all the information that had been provided was as minimal as it could get. I'd be more than willing to assist more had the necessary information been provided from the start.

I understand that I may not have taken the right approach to asking for this. At the time of those messages, as well as the time of writing this, I have been switching between tabs trying to get some work done on my personal projects. Though you probably don't want a life story so I'll end it there.
