the Issue is that its a PMX file which is different from a Blender file.
I think theres a few guides online on how to convert it over to blender, and then from blender over to Unity

Even after getting it into Unity, the biggest issue would be rigging the skeleton and stuff since its well, an upside down avatar (and i got no clue on how to rig something like that)

I've seen some rigged like her in game body, only issue would be that it would look like she's floating in the air. Not really an issue depending but still better than nothing
