Asset suggestions for an avatar-based collar and leash system?

Before EAC was introduced into VRC I remember there being a collar/leash mod that allowed you to set specific players as your "owner", which made it so that only that user could enable, disable and interact with your collar. I've seen a couple options for functional collar/leash system assets, but none with the kind of control (or lack thereof) that the mod had.
Does anyone know of any asset that would allow "whitelisting" specific users and most importantly preventing the wearer from disabling the collar or leash on their own?

@Collectathon Yes there is and I've just leaked it it is part of the osc addon for chirp collars.

I took a closer look at the functionality behind the OSC Leash system. They have plans for player whitelisting and world anchoring but it's not in the works quite yet. I'll be keeping an eye out for when this system updates!

You just go have to figure out how to replace the oscleash on the chirp collar when they do add it XD
