Ghostly is the owner's friend. The owner is mommabee. Ghostly gifted mommabee this model long before the allegations came out. There are multiple documents on them and a youtube video about them.

However, one thing that is known about that avatar is that there really were 2 official mommabee

the one exposed by groomer

and another person in the spanish community who decided at the last minute not to use the avatar.
