@kitten Make sure you have Jerry's Face Tracking installed, its the face tracking version. You'll also want to check some textures that may be missing.

just make sure you make a new project, add vrcfury, add jerrys facetracking, open it, then import the newest poiyomi PRO (upto 9.2.6, ) then import the avatar. after that, right click the avi in the hiearchy > thry > lock materials. if you do not lock your materials your animations will be broken. then upload. if you did it right, no materials should be pink and all animations should be working.
my upload took about 45 minutes to upload, so it takes quite a while.

had anyone had issues with the texture missing from the right eye specifically? I had to load the shaders individually onto her but there is only one material for the eyes and the shader has been applied but for whatever reason the right eye loads in pink. Happened to me and 2 others i know now.

@nexalyis i figured it out, for those who have this issue, ensure you load gesture manager from VCC and in Colors > Eyes shift the far left toggle to around 80% and it should change both eyes to pink, select the head, and there should be a material that is "Eye Blac" that now appears for you to edit the shader on.
