I figured out the missing scripts! I had a feeling I knew what the issue was, and It turns out I was right!

https://github.com/VRLabs/World-ConstraintI believe it was only the Final-IK-Stub of VR Devlabs' AV3 stuff, but it never hurts to have world constraints as well, both of them installed, and the missing scripts are now gone!

New issue... The whole avatar is broken. When testing in GestureManager, all the clothes are enabled all at once, the sliders being changed cause the body to freak out.. and none of the custom features work correctly.
Wow! Double-Fix! Fixing Spree!
Turns out the Cancerspace shader the avatar package includes (the one in the link) is straight up non-functional, and requires you to install it. Who'd have guessed? Cancerspace 3.5 fixes everything!
Hate dealing with unity, but still want an avatar uploaded?
Have no fear! I'll go through the whole process, and even try to add anything you might want (DLC, GoGo, SPS) for a small fee!
As long as you have the files, or a place to find 'em, I'll do it.

@zero489 theres a toggle when you check textures the png another way to probably upload it would be delete the blueprint id and reupload it. the reason i say crunch textures is because on some avis if its over a certain memory it fails like that.

@KingHastur They're asking this in reference to the fact the Rare version does NOT have the Secretary nor Street toggles, And only responds to the Armor toggles. Its possible that the Rare is the only quest compat iteration, But I can't confirm that.
@ZEROVIRTUE Make sure it is a FRESH project. Either way, I can confirm the toggles work perfectly.
