Anyone able to help me with a small edit I'm trying to get working?
For context: I removed the bells on her ears, the piercings, and collar + bell around her neck (since i didnt like them, and i did that just fine), im struggling with putting the model back into unity and making it work since it appears huge, materials are broken, and a bunch of other stuff i cant entirely figure out

Could someone upload a quest ready version, I'm absolutely struggling with the file size and trying to get the textures compressed enough with polytool. Best I could do was 11.06 out of 10 MB limit. And somehow still at 40.80 of 40MB limit. I tried turning stuff off, removing stuff and just stuck at what else it could possibly be even after deleting extra stuff from the scene like the rings, box and etc.

Link to my edited .blend file:@_holidaygirl1225 when replacing an fbx in unity, make sure you apply all scales for the fbx file in the export screen and disable apply modifiers, then disable "add leaf bones"
