NEED HELP OPTIMIZING AVATAR !!!

I found this avatar I tried optimizing it with Polytool AND d4rkAvatar Optimizer. To no avail, why would someone create a 45$ Avatar just for it to be un-uploadable due to the absurdly large file size? When I tried to optimize it the avatar just got..bigger? (I decreased the polygon count, changed some textures to 1024 instead of 2028 did a "Full" Optimization with D4RK) somehow I need help with this, thank you all !

yeah my partner used to use that one, it's fucking massive for no good reason. i would throw out all the tools and try manual optimization; go through and resize each image one by one and remove most of the toggles
