well it's selestia with her normal hair (at the front at least) and some twin tails as far as i can tell.

Hi hi I use a similar combo for my model's hair, it's a mix of Soraha's hair and a few other parts.
The middle part of the bangs may be part of selestia's middle part of her bang but- Don't quote me on that.
