Well over a day past release, so many inconsistencies, miscommunication, moderation issues and excuses, and turns out it's not even fully finished yet. Never purchasing from this creator again.

@galazie yeah they chose to go to a concert over finishing an avatar and promised release when they got home and had people waiting all night just to now say they are finishing it.
@KittyKat096 Don't understand why they have to hide under invisible status on discord either rn. Does it kill to just have some transparency? I honestly doubt it'd be done today either. Literally just delay it. I'm okay with waiting but I'm not okay with lying to people. Makes me wonder if preorders were only made so they could go to the concert. Wouldn't be suprised atp.

idk any creator that does pre orders that early before rele4asing and usually they stick with the original release date not extend it because they chose a busy day.

@weepingwallet Nope. They did it only with Gumroad and Cashapp so nobody could charge back for not getting their product. They said they wouldn’t accept paypal. Wish I could get a refund.
Full 24hrs later since they left for their concert, and 3 hours since they said they “just have to do menu icons”. This model
is obviously not close to being done. They havent even posted reveals for the “cozy outfit” yet either.i love all things cute!

@weepingwallet its way past the release date for pre order people because she is now tryna finish it because she didn't do anything for a few days. now she's getting on vr with her friends having fun and completely just neglecting the pre order peeps. saying this is her "biggest avatar yet" tbh not that cute in vr compared to photos.

The most we can do is type out situations that happened to us so that when people go to purchase in the future, they’ll see this thread.
I submitted a dispute request with my bank directly. I am sick of waiting for this BS. If I don’t share it, it got accepted. “Be patient” I waited 10 days after paying and you chose to do fuck all for 3 days and go to a concert. This is on you. I hope others that bought it do the same. Do not be threatened by Mimiiu’s cult following. “Received no product/ product is late” is a direct dispute reason for my bank. She is 100% in the wrong and wasn’t prepared. So immature.i love all things cute!

Also, in the Discord server, every time someone mentions Xylo, or raises concerns, they are starting to delete it. Most of today's messages are all gone. Big red flag. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CREATOR!
