The eyes kinda look like a re-color of the original Karin ones. I wonder if the X pupil is a blendshape?

The socks are 100% an edited texture, had a bit of free time so I recreated it.
If you like them here's a PNG you can place over your own texture and will do the trick.
If you want to change the stripe colours let me know and I can upload a PSD file.

@yuikumi This post is already done/found and I have recreated my own version avatar myself! That was the whole reason for this post in the first place, just to find the assets being used! But thank you! Plus this post is already so old I don't remember the @ of the twitter user if I'm being honest.
