@GeneThePRTSRK The avatar works. You need to have VRCFury in your project. Simple things now a days. Imagine getting something for free and not have the know how to trouble shoot

just retried, looking at the item list in the package before i import it, i see no anim for toggling the clothes or cock

remember you need vrcfury and Poiyomi Toon Shader v.9.0.61 for the model to work. if there is something that doesn't work i most likely won't be able to fix it as i've already uploaded the avi and it works for me but i'll still be happy to help if there are problems. enjoy ^^
