How to install:
VRCFury should do it for you!
Simply drag and drop the file called:
SyncDancesPrefab PC (VRCFURY) in your avatar raid and that's it!

@GhostlyPanda The items (flute, trumpet, etc) don't install with vrcfury. I kind of figured it out though you have to add them to the avatar, align them to the hands, add the hands as constraint sources, and guess and check for proper hand positioning.
