Thats one I don't know ^^ I'd just suggest finding one similar and putting the eyelashes I linked before on it.
Face textures are a lil difficult to identify through a photo if it doesnt have unique features.

to me it looks like the standard face texture (other than eye color of course). it seems to be the lighting and higher rendering that they used to make this photo that give off that effect. same avatar/edit in this one but different lighting.
